How to handle a Dental Emergency
If you have a problem during surgery hours, contact our dedicated team immediately. We will ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis. Our experienced team will always try our best to make sure that all emergency cases are handled as soon as possible. In some cases, please try to understand that waiting may be inevitable.

Prompt treatment for dental emergencies
We politley request you follow our guidelines for emergency arrangements during evenings and on weekends. During these times, you are supposed to call our practice number and follow the instructions. Visit our policies page to read about our treatment system.
Out-of-hours dental emergency treatment
If you need to see a dentist out-of-hours during evenings or on weekends, call NHS Direct Dental Emergency helpline on 111. They will quickly guide you to a local service near you, if necessary. You can then return to our clinic during working hours for follow up.
